The insolvent Austrian subsidiary of US jewelry retailer Claire's still has a future: in bankruptcy proceedings on Monday, creditors accepted a restructuring plan after the company and its stores were already facing closure.

Tupperware's US parent company went bankrupt in 2023, followed by Austria in 2024 and Germany in 2025. A French investor is now relaunching the French branch. Logistics, distribution, and product range have been revamped.
