H&M, the second largest listed fashion retailer in the world after Inditex, announces that it will close 28 stores in Spain. which affects 588 employees. The company's annual report shows that H&M has 133 stores in Spain and employs almost 4,000 people. This means that 15% of the workforce will have to leave the company.

"Inflation and consumer restraint following the pandemic made the company’s own bricks-and-mortar stores in prime locations such as Munich’s Luitpoldblock and Hamburg’s Hohe Bleichen increasingly unprofitable.

The first store was opened in Hamburg in 2014 and now, shortly before its 10th anniversary in May 2024, all of its own stores in Germany will be closed at the end of the month.The brand will continue to be available in Germany via existing partners and wholesalers."

Vinted was founded in Lithuania in 2008 and acquired the Dutch company United Wardrobe in 2020. "Luxury house Dior is opening its first spa in the Middle East and has chosen the cosmopolitan city of Dubai to make its debut in the region. The 4,305 square meter spa is located in the Emirati capital and will open on April 15 at The Lana, a Dorchester Collection hotel on the 20th floor.

The interior of the Dior Spa features natural and soft tones such as cream and beige, complemented by light wood, and splashes of blue and white thanks to the blankets and pillows.

The spa will house five single rooms and one double suite. The treatment list includes facials for women and men, muscle-loosening treatments, D-Sculpt for body toning, hydrafacials and more. There is also a treatment called Dior Stone Therapy, which uses semi-precious stones, micro-abrasion technology and LED light therapy."

"The Arket brand, which belongs to the Swedish clothing group Hennes & Mauritz AB (H&M), is taking the next step in Switzerland. On Monday, the label announced that it will open a new flagship store in Geneva in the spring. This will be Arket's second store in the country.
